Will I get a refund if I choose to return my item?

You will get a refund on your item within our 30-day return policy. However you will need to pay for it's shipping back to us unless the product is faulty or damadged. If you would like more information of this click here.

How long will my purchase take to reach me?

It depends on where you are located as deliveries further away from London will take a longer time to come to you. More information on deliveries can be found here.

After I return items, why does my money take 4 weeks to be refunded?

This time period includes the transit time for us to recieve your return from the courier (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we recieve it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). If you will need to return an item to us please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
